    From the price point this project offers a lot than any other. Coming to the brand name that it holds is also something that attract people to buy including me. Everything is good in this project. And even it helps us to get the most expected services. Tied up Banks like ICCI, HDFC can help buyers in various way to facilitate the buying process. But it also has some negative points where i think others are comparatively better, like amenities, features or even location of this project. But if you consider it from the price point of view then for me it is one of the best project.

    This project is in sarjapur which is the prime residential locality for many house seekers in bangalore and it is well connected to commercial zones, IT hub, ORR. It is very near to many schools and colleges. If your looking for a property in around sarjapur road, huskur road then Assetz 63 degree east would be the best the only drawback is the flats are not very spacious.The main advantage of this project is the price.
