Not a good experience. Bought a unit in G Tower but there is total silence from the builders. Nothing is committed in writing only God knows when they deliver.
No. Don't buy this property. The builder is pathetic, after selling the flat he will never turn to your queries. He is applying so many unnecessary charges. Till date, possession is not offered. Only a few towers offered in the incomplete state. Construction quality is 4th class, no leveling of floors; broken tiles; flat layout also changed with information. Not responding to emails and much more. All management people are pathetic, following since last 1 month for possession but no one reverting. When visiting the site, they promise you for coming Diwali; I have been listening same from last 3 Diwali. Not even paying delay penalty If your payment is delayed just by one day, he is applying delay interest @ 18% till possession. Not giving any Input tax credit as per GST law. ADVICE: DO NOT BUY THIS. NEVER EVER
