I also love that I have a full-sized washer and dryer in my apartment which has saved me so much time and money in itself! I also have a parking space in their underground HEATED garage which has been ESSENTIAL for surviving our winters! It will really help me to start off my morning with ease and comfort in the winters! Overall, this is a great place to live and entertain! I feel very safe here and have made friends with the other residence also who I find are always cheerful and courteous to myself and my guests, and therefore, for all those reasons and more, the Ashoka Liviano is truly the best place I've ever lived, I highly recommend it to everyone!
Best Place I've Ever Lived! I decided to move to the Ashoka Liviano @ Gachibowli after visiting my girlfriend who lived here and really liking it upon my first visit and since moving here myself I must say that- I LOVE living here! I have everything I need to entertain myself and my guests all in one building and I get to call this place 'home'! I also love working out in the fitness center and then relaxing in the sauna room afterwards! I have had family and friends over for movie nights in the theater room as well as on the rooftop where there are bar-b-q grills and a hot tub that's always a favorite place for myself and my guests to hang out while also enjoying the views of the city at night!
Perfect Home and Location ! Lived here for about 1 month. The house is well designed with lots of space, easy to set it and decorate it as a model house, great views and natural light. Huge master bedroom upstairs with the privacy we needed. The neighborhood is calm, safe, and kids friendly. We loved the location as it was close to everything including highways and shopping, yet away from the city enough to provide the necessary quietness. We enjoyed the walking trails and always enjoyed the swimming pool during summer. I recommend this home.
Staff !! When I came in for my tour kawal was so friendly and was a great tour guide! I told him why I was interested in the property and my story behind it. he seemed genuinely interested. he was a very caring employee. You can't find that anywhere these days!
Dated ! Things are dated, residents are nice, management is ok and is least expensive apartment
You get what you pay for The pros: The price for this area is reasonable; Heat and most utilities are included in the Ashoka Liviano, including AC, which is nice. The cons: the apartment is small. Half the time the outside doors either don't lock, or you can't open them even with a key. The hot water goes out at least once a month, and the elevator is constantly down. The fire alarms go off so frequently than no one leaves their apartment when they do because they know it is a false alarm. If the above issues don't bother you, go for it!!
Home The Ashoka Liviano is a great building and everyone (management and staff) is very friendly. My first day here I felt very welcome and at home. The building and the grounds are maintained very well. I have a great view from my apartment which is the perfect size for me. The apartment is very nice looking, with great closets. The Ashoka Liviano also has great amenities, gym, theater, party room, pub and underground parking!! You'll love it here.
