The price per square feet is slightly above average. Also, it is architected by Hafeez contractor who is the best in the business. This project also has access to several educational institutions, shopping malls, restaurants, entertainment zone, and grocery store in the area and has good road connectivity to key regions of Delhi-NCR. Public transports like auto-rickshaws, buses, cabs are easily available.
