  • I booked the A804 unit in Estella maple square project in the early stages of construction and while booking they agreed to do my flat main door movement modifications however I require. The mistake I have done is I did not ask for a written statement of it. But during my 8th floor flat construction they didn't modify, however, I informed them before the construction. They are giving reasons for their mistakes which are meaningless. I know it is possible technically I cross-checked with technicians too. Estella maple square has cheated me. Going with Estella projects is something like bringing your neck closer to the knife. There are lots of other builders & projects in the market Think and act guys.
