Can anybody please tell me how is this project in terms of investment? The location of the project is quite good and all the amenities are situated in the nearby areas. I am having a budget of 50 Lacs, should I opt for this project or should I look for some other option? And is this area suitable for setting up a shop, if yes, how many families live nearby?
Today I booked a retail shop at Galaxy Vega, Greater Noida. Actually the developer was recommended to me by Regrob team, they took me to project Blue Sapphire, Diamond Plaza, Shoppe, etc of Galaxy Group, Impressed by the quality. They explained me about entire emotions project. I liked the concept of open parking, the sports facilities, club, and other amenities which are planned for the project.
This project provides commercial shops with all modern amenities. The project is conveniently located with wider roads. Facilities such as club house, swimming pool, security guards, garden, power backup and children play area are available within this project.This project is situated in safe and well lit area but, located in outskirts which is far away from city. Public transport is available easily from this gated community but, is not easy to get at night.
I have heard a lot about the Galaxy group that they are very good in building apartments and they build a quality infrastructure. I recently heard about the commercial space they are building in Galaxy Vega project, can anybody tell me about this project. When will this project be ready and what will be the date of possession? Is the price mentioned above is negotiable? and what will be the advantages or amenities that will be provided to shopkeepers and how many families live nearby?
