  • It is really good as an investment prospective and is very much likely to give you a good return. You will have to stay in this project till the property rates becomes stable in the area. It will give you a handsome return if you wait until 2019. Also, being in Noida Extension Township is advantageous as marketplaces and commercial shops have opened up at a walking distance.

It offered amenities that most communities did not., the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues.
