Their projects were recommended to me by a friend of mine and I really like the apartments at Geown Oasis. It is always bustling with action and it fits the bill perfectly. It really is a great deal and I recommend them to everybody.

  • recently I have join a company in bangalore and i am looking for some good apartment which is well architected and properly designed according to vastu. one of my colleague give the name of Geown Properties, then i have enquired about there properties and find some good reviews of geown oasis. After few weeks i have visited this project and it is well builded with all the basic amenities hence i can happily say that I have find my kind of home.

  • The villas are built in such a way that it allows abundant natural light to enter, and it is also breezy in the evenings. I enjoy sitting out on my balcony sipping on tea as soon as I’m back from work. It rejuvenates me. There are a lot of positive vibes that I get from this place. Thanks to geown properties for such a wonderful visionary project.

  • I booked a villa in Geown Oasis in December 2018 through site manager Mr Shiva . The structure was ready and we went ahead with the booking as they had promised to deliver it within 3 months of the loan sanction date. We had done 35% down payment and they hurried us to get rest amount to paid to them from the bank. The extra work which they did for the loan disbursement was plastering and wall putty . By April 98% of the payment is made to them and every time we visit the site there is zero progress. We even met MR. Dheeraj (Director) with the concern as we wanted to do Gruh Pravesh on 12th of June and we were assured that they wil make the ground floor ready by then . As of 6th June the status of the villa is same as it was in march. Looks like they are in no mood to even touch our villa as most of the payment is done. When we try to contact them they simply give some one else's contact number and tell that they are not responsible for the construction . There is no value of their word . I am paying the emi on the entire loan amount and also rent . They act as if they are very professional but they are exactly opposite to what they show . Please dont waste your time and money on this property
