  • Himalaya Pride is a good place to invest in commercial property. It is under construction and the world class amenities mentioned by builder like 24 hours security, 24/7 water supply, ATM, Car Parking, CCTV Camera Security, Electricity facility, Power back up adds value to its beauty. The project is located at good place, surrounded by lush green parks and facing the main road, which makes it an ideal location to invest. I am happy with my decision of booking a shop at the Himalaya Pride and I also thank Regrob to help me in finding a property like this.
