Project is not completed in more than 7 years. Even the promise to give possession is filled with holes. As possession is being given in phases. So if you decide to live then you will face construction activity going on for further years in pending towers. Their club is not completed. Waste of money. Dont buy. I bought it years ago and not getting principal i invested in resale as no one is buying this project that too in noida extension. Dont go by the words of Mr veer chauhan.
They have that one sample flat ready for last 6 years and nothing apart from it to show for it. Dont buy and avoid wasting your money. Builder is not professional.
Please dont buy from this builder. I am not getting even 75 percent of what i wasted in this godforsaken project in resale.
Regrob, you did a video of this project in jan 19 and there towers are far from ready and their club and gym is not even 20% ready. Project will still take 2 more years if the builder goes on full swing else god knows
Waste project in not so good location. In future with the amount of flats and real estate projects located in noida ext now known as gr noida west, the area is going to be choked. There will be problems of traffic, water, law and order in future.
Previous comment has five star rating by mistake. The project deserves one star as below it i cant give technically. The iron rods in the construction have been exposed due to delay in construction for very long time to rainwater and sun and dust which will only deteriorate the quality.
3bhks are available in below 48 lakh in resale. So dont buy directly from builder at higher rate.

This builder and their team is really unprofessional. I have booked in phase II and really feeling cheated now. I would not suggest to waste money on this project. Builder is not trusted at all.

Mr J K Goel will soon file for bankruptcy or face jail just like amrapali...this cheater has taken investors money of this project and used it to invest in another project on yamuna expressway
J K Goel is a cheater. He has a lot of investors from GST deptt whom he has duped. They are planning to teach him a lesson. In future he will be facing audits in all his projects and his factory units also
