  • Being a buyer of this property i m very happy with decission because i was travelling a lot everyday to my office which was a big headache for me but now i m feeling relieved because now i have to travel only 6-7 kms to my office that is in somajiguda. This project is built by very old and trustworthy builders and they have a experience of around 46years and this makes them very trustworrhy. Coming to project then i will say you will get everything in this property whatever you need. All premium ammenities,all required nearby infrastructures like schools,hospitals and other healthcare centres,metro rail which connects to every party of the city,banks and ATMs,shopping malls,all kind of restaurants and its also not far from the corporate area like somajiguda which is one of the oldest business hub of hyderabad and hence it will attract a bunch of corporate people towards this project.It also has a nearby railway station and bus stop. In ammenites you will 24/7 security services,badminton court,children play area,high speed elevators with auto rescue device etc. All these points mentioned above are its positive points but the negative part of the project is that its area of development is not so big. But overally it is amazing project.

  • This is a very good project if for first time buyers. It has a lot of amenities and good resale value since it is located in one of the sort out areas in Hyderabad. The appriciation value of the project will increase over the years since there will be a demand in for residents. Although the there is water shortage in that area and will be difficult during the summer seasons due to drought.

  • This project has everything I was looking for to be honest. Being a gated community, it perfectly matches my expectations. It's location is little far from the main city areas like Madhapur, banjara hills etc, yet it is near to all the things one might need. Now I'm just waiting for its completion.

This project is close to the industries and is located in a residential area which is helpful for the employees to have a gated community near to office. Luxury 2 and 3 BHK apartments at reasonable price is available in this project. The locational advantage is that the project is located near to prime locations like Banjara Hills, Ammerpet, Begumpet. Equipped with amenities like Gym, Pool, Security, Cafeteria etc Kalpataru Residency is the best choice to buy.

  • This is amazing place for family. Very nice place to be there. Very friendly neighbourhood for families who would like to upgrade to a bigger apartment, i personally recommend this to everyone since i bought an apartment here last week.

  • According to me kalpataru Hyderabad is located at good place I would review this property gud but my complaint to kalpataru is sales staff is not supportive. They are not able to explain properly

Important infrastructures like hospitals, schools, shopping malls are located in nearby location. Connectivity with the other parts of the city is very good. The environment is healthy and clean. Overall I am satisfied by purchasing this property.
