  • Me and my wife went for a site visit of this project last weekend. The community is in an excellent location, with easy access to highways and some of the best in shopping and dining in the area nearby. This Manjeera Monarch project will also have community halls, club house and swimming pools with excellent value. The sales professional was great. He was helpful and quite eager to help me and answer all my query about the project. Project Location of Manjeera Monarch is good as here many schools, colleges and hospitals are coming up within 5 km of radius.

  • Manjeera Monarch is a good project but there is no local market near of it. Apart from this it is located Just opposite to Happy Club Resort with great access to public transporation. The property is very well maintained and offers great amenities! Great place to live!

  • There is no Medical Facility in Manjeera Monarch otherwise it’s a nice Project.

  • Manjeera Monarch is a good project to invest as Amaravathi new capital of Andhra Pradesh nearby of it. It is an under construction project with possession around March 2019. For Investment Purpose i would suggest this project as it may give you high return of investment. Because of its connectivity with National highway and capitol city amaravathi this project is attracting lots of buyers which can be seen in the project site.

So much importance is given to quality and perfection. And for that price and location too, I feel that it totally a dream property. The project is in under construction phase with possession in next 2 years. The Manjeera Builder is very genuine so there is no legal issue you will face in future.

  • Manjeera Monarch is a well planned residential project exactly on Vijayawada Guntur Main Road. Its has a great location advantage as it is located very close to the Central Secretariat. This society will have all important amenities that every home buyers dreams to have. The Society is very peaceful, and the most important thing is that the of the project is affordable.

  • Manjeera Monarch a perfectly planned society with excellent locations. I was amazed at the parameters and features. Manjeera Monarch project in Mangalagiri is packed with all possible premium specifications, the power back up is superb, and there is no scarcity of water, as there is 24 hours water supply. The luxurious residential development in the neighborhoods of Vijayawada. The society is also peaceful and also there is a full - proof security.

  • Don't get into the trap. The flat area is not what they say. It is including the corridors outside your house. I went to visit the site, they showed me a model house of 1258 sq Ft flat. However, It was actually around 950 Sq Ft. remaining is including walls, Corridors etc. Plus Points: All the amenities listed above and the upcoming projects near to the site. Minus points:1. Flat Area is not Carpet Area, it's super built up area which includes walls, corridors, balcony. 2. It is too costly in the location of Vijayawada outskirts. Even, cities like Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai does not have such prices in such outskirt areas. It will be costlier for those are staying there. 3. This area is located in Mangalagiri Municipality does not comes under Vijayawada Corporation. So The above cost is very high and be cautious on how the corporate companies are looting the money of common people
