  • Mantri Celestia Project has 11 Basic amenities, 3 Health and Sports amenities, 3 Convenience amenities, 2 Leisure amenities, 2 Kids amenities, 1 Security amenities, and 1 Environment-friendly amenities. Very happy to invest in such a property.

  • Location of Mantri Celestia project offers decent life style and has access to Workplaces, Schools. But does not have access to Cafes, Parks. etc. It has access to Workplaces like Wipro and Super Markets like Vijetha Super Market and Schools like Kendriya Vidyalaya and Star Hotels like Ellaa Hotels and Malls like City capital mall. This location is recommended for people who have 24x7 help for daily needs.

  • I invested in the Mantri WebCity project in a buyback scheme. They were supposed to return the money back with the promised return by August' 2016. Mantri also promised to pay regular EMIs until the end of the buyback. I know of atleast 100+ people who have invested in this scheme. The amount which Mantri owes to the customers is a mind boggling 100+ crores and the developers are not even willing to provide audience to the aggrieved customers. This has been an extremely frustrating experience with the developer which has been happening for a very long time now. It would be great if we can get some help / guidance and advice in this area. It would also help if the forum can forward this to the appropriate authorities.

  • Great option !! Being the basement unit, it stays cool during the summer time which is important when the heat goes Up.. Not to worry, in the winter times, there is a central heating system so that you do stay warm. The management is very helpful as well. At any point when you need something done or something breaks, they do their best to get the job done the fastest. The kitchen is equipped with propane units and the water in all faucets heats exceptionally! The unit also includes 1 parking spot. Downsides include being the hub for the electronics to the rest of the house (Other house tenants may need to access them to make alterations, but hey, there's your chance to make friends with your neighbors). Additionally, there are more little insects that are likely to come into the home to enjoy the beautiful house. Other than that, the house is great! If you've read this, thank you! I hope that this was helpful!

  • Mantri Euphoria, Great option for college students !!! This house is in a great location for a college student! It's very close to various other grocery stores that are great for providing the resources to cultivate your cooking skills. Wanna take a break from your studies? This location hosts a lively and exciting night life blocks in any direction. Minutes away from campus, it not only makes for easy transportation to your classes, but also a great way to sneak away and enjoy the night's life. Urban, shaded, spacious and quite affordable, this 3/4 bedroom unit comes with 2/3 bathrooms and a small utility closet.

  • Perfect for first home renters with no children ! Mantri Celestia is a great home starting out if you are one who struggle with your credit. The company is very understanding when it comes to hardships and needing extra time to pay bills. Although the rental company has many positives, it also has its negatives and if your one with small children it would not be a perfect place to live due to high lights and always needing things fixed in which they do not get to them in a timely manner. if I could afford to move I would but I just make enough to pay my bills and assure my children have what they need. Great Location!!! Great location, it's close to all the shopping and the pool is an added bonus. The apartments are nice with a spacious master bedroom closet!
