  • In my opinion as a buyer this property provides a very spacious and comfortable life over here.If you want to live a peaceful life and every morning a fresh and healthy environment around this will be the best place for you. There are lot of advantages of this property like lavish ammenities like club house,swimming pool,cctv cameras and 24hrs security etc,nearby infrastructures like schools,banks etc,walkable distance to metro station which connects you to all parts of the city. The property has solar powered street lights,rain water discharging unit,sewage disposal which in short ensures a clean and healthy environment. But only disadvantage of this property is that it doesnot has a nearby health care centre which is also a impprtant part of shelter but i think very soon this problem will also be solved. But overally this property is one of the best project in this locality.

  • It was a good experience of buying a property in Maya Indradhanush. I got a highly luxury 3 BHK apartment at good price including all required amenities. All the important places like banks, schools, hospitals, railway station are located at a nearby distance. Maya Ventures in Bangalore has a good reputation; purchasing property from them assured good quality construction, security, special features at correct price. So, as a buyer I would suggest to buy property in Maya Indradhanush and get a luxurious apartment.

  • As a buyer, I can say that this is the perfect location somewhat outside to spend life peacefully. The sizes of the flats are bigger than the usual one. All the luxurious amenities such as club house, swimming pool etc. are present here. Also schools, banks, petrol pump are also located in nearby location. Metro station connects to the outer world very easily. To keep environment clean, all the precautions are taken care. The problem is there is no health care centre in that area. Except that problem, all the things are good & overall I am satisfied.

  • I am a kinda sports person. Often i play games like basketball, cricket etc. And the facilities makes this a suitable place for me to move in. I actually like the place and environment. Nearby infras are also great. I will be getting all the basic facilities at a walkable distance. I am working in a IT company and the location is also nearby. Overall this project is very much satisfactory from my side. Even i will suggest others to atleast check out this one. It might be a great deal for you. The only problem that i found is there is no health care center nereby. It might be a deal breaker for this group.

It is a reputed builder in banglore .As its mission is to provide project with high Quality, So it provide customer satisfaction project to buyers. Overall, This project has all the basic amenities like sports amenities, Environment friendly amenities,kids related amenities like park, Badminton court,Basketball court. It is easily accessible by roads and expressway. It has also advantage of school, college, shopping complexes So, it has a very good connectivity. It provide 2 BHK , 3 BHK apartments at specific price. It provide comfortable living. It has water treatment plant. Moreover, this project also has trees with traditional kattes. It also has Centralized Gas Bank. So. overall this project is beneficial to buy.
