They are not providing all you said in practical. My best friend staying in their project only but they not fulfilled their words in amenities and facilities. Sometimes there is water problem also. Others are good and manageable but not as per expectation.

The project they are making in Varthur Road called Myhna Maple is in superb location, i saw the layouts and there is no problem with legal documents also. Mhyna builder is very new to the real estate market in Bangalore. But they are having skills and experts in constructing affordable homes, they came to build their home in bangalroens heart by developing quality of homes by selling at normal range. That’s why i want to go with Myhna properties.
I’m planning to buy the apartment in Myhna Properties, they are constructing a very good and excellent project at Varthur road the name is Myhna Maple. I did full verification about this project, the price is in normal range, the main important thing is the quality which they are using is very good: stricture which is building by 6” solid cement for exterior & for interior 4”, Smooth finishing paint, flooring ceramics tiles, aluminum windows, Background generator and 24 hours without cut off power supply and many more. For home buyers my advice is to go for Myhna builder.
