Just moved here in January, and as of now it's a very decent place to stay, but of course with several shortcomings. Omkar nests is an excellent builder. Royal nest apartments are one of the projects which is ready and possession is being offered. I think it is a good option as the rates are also quite reasonable. More and more people move to these flats as it offers one of the best rate in terms of money/space/location. It is now a building site but it is a very desirable location.
