The amenities are provided in this project are modern. Design of this project is fabulous. Kawal helped me to buy my first home in an incredibly daunting seller’s market. If I had to do it again, I’m honestly not sure that I would, given how stressful it was, but I was glad to have Kawal helping me through the year-long process.
Pacifica Hillcrest is a nice project. This is the perfect building if you want a quick walk to the metro, great restaurants and outdoor space. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. The builder of this project is well named and trusted. I worked with Kawal at Regrob to buy my home in Hyderabad. I booked 3 BHK apartments at Pacifica hillcrest. I found this project is best for investment. The price of this project is affordable for me and the Project has 3 Basic amenities, 2 Kids amenities, 2 Health and Sports amenities, 1 Security amenities, 1 Environment-friendly amenities, and 1 Convenience amenities, but it lacks Leisure amenities.
Pacifica Hillcrest! This project is nice to invest. It has access to Parks like Tulasi Garden and Super Markets like Sri Laxmi Super Market. Location of this project does not have access to Water Bodies, Star Hotels etc. Hence this neighbourhood is recommended for any project which has all the amenities inside the campus.
I visited the site 2 days before and I found that the project is far from Metro Stations, Hospitals. It has access to Bus Stops like 17, Nagawara Main Rd, Rashad Nagar, Govindapura. Construction of this project is attractive. Design of this project is modern and beautiful. All amenities are provided here. This project is recommended for people primarily considering it for investment.

Horrible, if you look at the positive reviews , 95 percentage are face in Google... You can find out by clicking at the person I'd and you I'll realize that the same person has written multiple reviews on different dates to uplift the reviews...
The project is selling at high prices and also looting customers stating that they follow rera... And selling balcony under carpet area..
12% gst they are charging for new projects that are not even launched.. they will eat the input credit and not give it back to customers

Got worried with some of the reviews but when I myself visited, story was much much nicer. Everything seems fine. Not much of a delay if you ask me. some reviews seem over dramatic. Buildings seem too look pretty nice. Location is what I have paid for though.
