  • I have booked 2 BHK in this project sitting at Ahmedabad, No second though about this project . Just close your eye and Book as many as you can as per your capacity. Believe on Salarpuria Group and go ahead.

  • It's a nicely secured building with coin operated washers and dryers located on each floor. It's a great location and close to the shopping mall. It's also conveniently located on the bus lines. The neighbors here are friendly. Thank you.

  • Everything about the project is bad. This is not a good investment option , not for the next 5 years at least , even with the project being in a very prime location. And yes, for end use also , this is a very very pricey project. But if you have some easy money , this is going to be an ‘owners pride’ , as some ad’s tagline says.

  • I checked out this project only last week. I am very impressed with the infrastructure and the ambiance of the place. A vast stretch of lush greenery surrounds this place. The amenities provided include swimming pool, gym with aerobics, etc. Also, I loved the vitrified flooring in all the bedrooms and the supreme-quality marbles used in the passage that gives it a luxurious feel. Another thing I liked was the three-level parking space.

  • My children and I have been planning to relocate to Bangalore since a while now and the Glen Gate project by Salarpuria group seems like a healthy investment. The project includes amenities like convenience store, gym, day care center, and a badminton court. My daughter places badminton at the state level, so a badminton court within the vicinity seems like a very good luxury for her. The space even has broadband internet services. The other thing I like about this Hiranandani project is the dedicated three level car parking space. This is a must, otherwise encroachment issues don’t take time to become a huge nuisance.

  • I was looking for a luxury apartment for my family in the beautiful city of Bangalore. I visited a number of projects and shortlisted a few. Finally, I decided to go with Salarpuria Sattva Opus project. I visited Salarpuria Opus last week only. What won me over were its high-end amenities like a badminton court, swimming pool, gym with aerobics, etc. I am a fitness enthusiast, and all these facilities compelled me to take this decision. Also, I love their grand entrance lobby. It looks just too good.

The project offers luxurious apartments in 2-3 BHK configurations. My children and I are planning to buy an apartment in this project. Hopefully, by the end of this year we will move in. The amenities in this project include convenient store, day care center, squash and badminton court, swimming pool, snooker/billiards pool, gym with aerobics, home automation system, and 24/7 IP surveillance for the security of the residents.
