  • Prestige lake Ridge is very expensive. This is not an affordable housing project. Other developers are selling at cheaper rate with same amenities and house quality.

  • I have stayed in this locality for 20 years. I always believed this place is going to sell like hot cakes after re-development. Has great connectivity, door to door bus services, good access to bus stand. Prestige lake Ridge is awesome place surrounded by the nostalgia and peaceful society.

  • As a happy and satisfied customer of this project i m giving this project a 5 star because this is the best property which i was looking for in such a good locality. First of all this property provides you with a lot greeneries which makes the surrounding fresh healthy and eco friendly. This property has lot of recreational facilities and rain water harvesting also. This property has all required nearby infrastructures like schools,hoapitals,shopping malls etc. Its just 40-45 away from the airport and its also near to the mysore expressway. These all facilities and advantages mentioned can only be expected from a trustworthy builder like prestige and i am very very happy woth my decission of buying this property.

  • Buying a property in Prestige Lake was worthful. I got supremely constructed luxurious 2 BHK apartment in well-developed location of Yadalam Nagar. The apartment is situated in residential location not in the hustle bustle of city. The advantage of buying a property in Prestige Lake is that the amenities like Pool, Playing area, Party area; Security, etc. are provided to provide a luxurious experience to the residents. I got 2 BHK apartment at reasonable price which is less as compared to other projects in this locality.

  • I chose to buy a flat here because this is located at prime location & healthy atmosphere. That provides prestige & lake (swimming pool) view. The advantages of buying the property here are the amenities like swimming pool, playground, party area, etc. Entire society will be under 24 hours surveillance. Connectivity with other parts of the city is also very good. As this is the developing area, I have no fear of resale value. Overall I am satisfied with this property.

  • I am actually familiar with this group. And I would like to give more than 5 starts if it would permit to do so. They gives better service than my car service provider. Just because of the brand name i had enquired this property. And now i am a happy and satisfied owner of a 3bhk flat. At minimal cost the offerings are literally high and impressive. I saw a lot of projects but i can't even compare them with this. The only problem that i have is the distance to the airport. It is about 50kms from my home. I often visit airport so i have travel a lot. But i can manage this just because of the group and their services that i got previously.

  • According to my view this is a very good option for all the interested buyers as its price rate will increase in future. It also provide various amenities like car parking, lift, multi purpose hall ,24*7 electricity. Its builder is very well known. So, overall its a good option to buy

  • Great location !! The most important thing is the projects looks to be running on time . Hope they complete it till the dates mentioned. Sales and Marketing team are supportive and interactive. They are giving options on Tile selection and all , which no one cares to offer.

  • For end users who prefer living in calm place and reachable to city in few mins i think Prestige lake Ridge is the Best Project. Since it's in a early stage good for investment too.
