  • It is one of the best projects at a cheap price available for occupancy at this time. the landscapes are excellent in my opinion and the price is still lower compared to others which are not completed yet. The people who invested n this project will get huge returns in coming days due to the expected growth. this project is lower rated according to me. expecting it to go high still in coming months

  • Every project has his pro’s and cons. Even this project has. I agree this wasn’t a good project from Investor’s perspective. But as a buyer with the current price ruling in this area, this is one of the best projects if you get at the right price from the Seller. Like me who bought a property at a good price, I am not expecting any profit as this is for my own use and my first property. I don’t want to promote this property and really do not care for returns until I stay here. But my search ended here since I was fed up with the various legal issue all around Bangalore, pigeon houses sold for sky rocketing prices.

  • I heard about Prestige constructions selling flats at very competitive prices. We visited prestige tranquility, in Budigere cross near KR Puram. We found it very appealing. They are offering so many amenities at such low cost. Contrary to the reviews, about a chicken feeding factory located nearby giving out bad odor, we found the place extremely pleasant. There was good air and no sign of bad smell at all. Hence we visited the Prestige tranquility site on the next weekend again in the evening. Again there was no bad smell as mentioned in the reviews. I visited the site with two of my friends who were also interested to buy flats for self-occupation.

  • I have bought a flat there and seeing the ORR so clogged a Peripheral ring road is proposed and is being built soon. The Japanese are helping BBMP build the Peripheral Ring Road coming in front of the property, it is going to boom soon. Moreover, once the first phase of metro is complete things shall move much faster !! Secondly it's just a straight road away from hope farm junction!!

  • Hello, friends today I am going share my experience with prestige builder and developers. I am staying in Bangalore, and my friend wanna take home in prestige group, we saw that they will charge much and their material also very expensive, how ever it is we paid the money, after that, they gave 1 year time to build a room in the apartment . we waited for 1 year but still, it didn't complete . when ever we ask about completing the work they won't give any proper response. My friend wanna take money back and he wanna invest somewhere else . in that process we went to ask them but they told that they won't give the money back . then to we waited for 6 months still it's not done. after some, it was completed. guess what we are so happy with that what they just build for us. it was too late to construct but at we are so happy . may its costly but were satisfied with their work.

  • Prestige constructions are one of the top builders/developers in Bangalore right now, they have a lot of projects in Bangalore. I stay in Prestige Shantiniketan and have bought a flat in Prestige Tranquility. I am amazed by their designs and elevations and the association that they have in their projects. They also have many malls, villas, high/low rise apartments and tech parks. Believe me, they are good.

The best part their representatives and Regrob team had explained the entire pricing details and helped with the loan process really well. The interiors are certainly classy. I really like it.
