Note: There are no floor rise charges. Applicable taxes and statutory charges are there. Interested customers need to submit EOI form and booking application along with 1 lac booking cheque in the favor of Provident Park Square. And 9.5 percent minus booking amount PDC has to be submitted. The Cheque will be banked immediately and allotment will happen as per the EOI queue number. Booking amount will be refunded back if the customer is not willing to get the unit allotment. Brokerage fee is 2 percent for the sales of one to five.
