  • I just bought a property at Provident Sunworth. I think it’s a great option for investment as it is located off Mysore road in South Bangalore, which is well connected to all parts of Bangalore. The Project is well connected with access to Hospitals, Bus Stops. But is far from Railway Stations, Metro Stations. It has access to Roads like Mysore Road and Bus Stops like Ksrtc Depot and Hospitals like BGS Global Hospitals. This project is recommended for people who use car more frequently for commuting.

  • Provident Sunworth is a nice place to live. It's in walking distance of shops and restaurants and a Whole Foods grocery store. The front desk staff is all very nice and the maintenance guys are also very friendly and prompt to reply to work orders. Carefully designed homes for maximum sunlight during the day. The price of this project is so affordable.

The builder of this project is also very reputed. This project is also connected to many reputed shools. The disadvantage I founded here that location of this project does not have access to Star Hotels, Water Bodies etc.
