Glad to get such a good project.

  • I worked with Devdoot (from Regrob) to find my first home. I had originally toured a few homes way back in 2016, but we started out again in late Oct 2017. We might have toured over 25-30 homes in search of that perfect one. Devdoot is a wonderful person to work with. He is very flexible and willing to work around your schedule. He is very knowledgeable and is able to provide sound advice, especially for a first time home buyer like me. I’ll gladly work with Devdoot again and would recommend him to anyone looking for an awesome agent.

Devdoot helped us view the place several times, get it pre-inspected, get our mortgage details in order, put the offer together, and beat out three other offers, all in less than a week. The seller’s realtor complimented Devdoot’s work on the offer package, saying it was unusually detailed and that he was a pleasure for her to work with. This was my first home buying experience, and Devdoot made it as anxiety- free as possible. I can’t recommend him and the rest of the team at Regrob enough!

  • I visited the site of provident the tree and I found this project is well connected to many good schools and hospitals. Excellent service and professionalism by Devdoot. He was sincere and helpful from beginning to end. Just the type of person you need when looking for your first home. He was flexible with timings and availability when I requested to visit the property at the weekend. He gave us his honest view and which helped us taking the informative decision. Would definitely recommend.

  • Very good residential project in the Herohalli, Bangalore. Locality is nice as it is traffic free, less congested and well connected with many good schools, hospitals, and markets. Construction of this project is exclusive. The design of this project is modern and attractive. There are many basic and modern amenities are available like jogging track, club house, Seniors' Garden, Squash Court, Swimming Pool and many others. Surroundings are environment-friendly. The price of this project is affordable.

  • The project is off Magadi Road, behind Herohalli Lake and next to Syndicate Bank Layout. This is a developing area and is predominantly residential with individual homes and small layouts. There are some vacant lands in the surroundings. Access to Magadi Road is one plus point, which makes this accessible to key areas in the City. However, interior roads are yet to develop and social infrastructure is moderate and low in some areas because this region is currently not close to major employment hubs, offices, etc. This can be considered an emerging locality with future long-term potential.
