  • Since Puravankara group is a well established group, undoubtedly its a project worth to invest for. The location they have chosen for the project i.e. Rajajinagar is something which attracts towards it more as it has nearby Metro station and railway stations. Puravankara group has always been known for their good quality and luxurious homes. The only thing I feel should have been better is the compact size of their project. They should have increased the land size and should have expanded it a little more. As a buyer I will definitely look for investing into this project.

  • The best part about this place is the location. With all the ameneties being nearby. And also the entire tlstructure equipped with the amenities... This place is simply worth the money.. I for one found my dream home here. Also the name purvankara adds to the status ;).

  • Puravankara Group is a big name when it comes to construction and it has indeed done justice to its name by making this project. I'm a happy buyer so far. This community has all the facilities that one might be looking for. Being a sports freak, I really appreciate the fact that it has its own tennis court and cricket pitch. My son is in love with them and so am I. Price of the property could have been lower but still it's a good investment according to me.

  • Doesn't seem appealing to me, rates toh dekho, itne me toh hum business khol de, kuch Kam karo toh baat ban Sakti he, aur Han flats k sath kuch free toh dedo, car/bike kuch bhi .

  • Went to see the project. Overall the project is good but the price at which is the project is offered is very costly for middle class people to afford. Could easily buy more than one property at the same price.

  • This is one of the few projects in Bangalore which is luxury at it's peak. It has almost everything and anything that an builder can offer. But comes at a cost with 2BHK close to a crore it is a property which everyone can buy. But nevertheless it a good initiation buy purvankara and could have made it a bit affordable.
