  • One of the best the property, whether you talk about design or you talk about quality, I myself found it best in almost every respect. We signed up to lease one of these apartments before they were even open. It was a long wait but it was worth it! The 1 bedroom is gorgeous and very spacious. You also rarely if ever hear your neighbors which is great. The property is gorgeous and I love that the buildings aren't so close together. I also love how pet friendly is. I love running into other dogs while taking walks outside. The staffs are all incredibly nice and helpful and know you by name even months after moving in. Would highly recommend to anybody!

  • The residence at the Purva Skydale is an ideal apartment for anyone on working on the Sarjapur location, and is close enough to make a 15 to 20 minutes commute to market and malls. For the cost of rent, the apartments are enormous and extremely nice. All of our appliances are new, and the natural light from the skylights and patio doors adds a nice touch to the day. The community is very laid back but professional and is quite involved in keeping the complex clean, safe, and functional. I'm a big fan of the pool, which stays open during the warm months of the year. Would recommend to any young professionals, or even beginning families!

  • Hi friends Purvankara is one of the best builders in Bangalore and in south India. They have amazing properties in Bangalore with reasonable pricing. One of my companion remain at Purva Skydale Harlur road, off Sarjapur Road. Really it is great apt. Proper ventilation, sun beams and cross air They provided me poor non motarable parking and wooden floor in spoiled in a year replaced but same issue now out of warrentee period. They takes reasonable price .i give 4 stars to this Purvankara developers. One of the reputed developers in India with timely delivery with German quality inspection even though little bit costly but affordable homes are also available. Value for money. With Purvankara developers, you are sure to be living in a right place. Spread over 4 acres, this project comprises of 1, 2 BHK apartments with lavishing interiors and exteriors. The flats are perfectly ventilated and spacious. The surroundings around the residential structure is lush green and lined with trees for creating a nature friendly environment. Purva Skydale is located on Harlur road, off Sarjapur Road Bangalore which wombs-in all required social fundamentals.

  • As for the first time buyer I really had no clue of where to start and what important things I need to know during buying property before putting in a offer or deciding if a home was a good fit for me or not.   • Dear friends, I have booked a flat with Purvankara developers in 2014 and paid 36 lakhs for it. Till now they've no longer started out the task due to a few clearance from the authorities. Now it’s almost 2 years since i've paid the cash, until now they have got not returned my money lower back and on every occasion I ask them they give a few lame excuses like its excursion in Kerala or in Bangalore etc. I would really like to recognise if all people has fallen into this trap by reserving for the task and no longer received any cash returned from them. That is a completely terrible enjoy I am going through with Purvankara developers and I request you all to be aware about such builders and their undertaking mainly Harlur Road in which they are advertising and marketing for a luxurious living.
