  • Smaart Forte is located in sarjapur which is very near to many commercial complexes and schools.It is well connected to ORR . This project is in midst of the cosmopolitan environment and it is constructed keeping in mind of the Health body of the residents. They are the international brand and builders are well experienced in this sector.Advantage of this project is the price.

  • This project is in kasavanahalli which is the prime residential locality for many house seekers in bangalore and it is well connected to commercial zones, IT hub, ORR. It is very near to many schools and colleges. If you are looking for a property in around kasavanahalli then Smaart Forte would be the best one.

  • I purchased this property 1 month back and I couldn't have been happier. I'm happy with the price for which I got it and it has all the basic facilities inside the campus. This project has all possible options required for the healthy body of the residents. However, it doesn't have a swimming pool. As a swimmer, I'd have loved it if it'd have been there. But again, it's manageable!
