  • From the price point this project offers a lot than any other. Coming to the brand name that it holds is also something that attracts people to buy including me. Everything is good in this project. And even it helps us to get the most expected services. Tied up many Banks can help buyers in various way to facilitate the buying process. But it also has some negative points where i think others are comparatively better, like amenities,but in case of features or even location of this project it is much better. Also if you consider it from the price point of view then for me it is one of the best projects.

  • This project is in Chikka Thirupati Rd which is the prime residential locality for many house seekers in bangalore and it is well connected to commercial zones, IT hub, ORR. It is very near to many schools and colleges. If you are looking for a property in around Chikka Thirupati road then Smart nieghbourhood would be the best the Villas are very spacious. The main advantage of this project is the price.
