  • I had booked a flat at sowparnika tharangini I was really impressed by its facilities when had gone to book the flat. The best part their representatives and Regrob team had explained the entire pricing details and helped with the loan process really well. The interiors are certainly classy. I really like it. Appreciated the effort by the team to make sure we get the projects as expected and at the proper time.

  • I heard about sowparnika constructions selling flats at very competitive prices. We visited sowparnika tharangini Ittangur . We found it very appealing. They are offering so many amenities at such low cost. There was good air and no sign of bad smell at all this proje is located at very good location. I visited the site with two of my friends who were also interested to buy flats for self-occupation. They also checked the details of the project they went ahead and bought 2 bedroom flats there. We also brought a flat for self-occupation.

  • I have bought a flat there and seeing the ORR so clogged a Peripheral ring road is proposed and is being built soon. The Japanese are helping BBMP build the Peripheral Ring Road coming in front of the property, it is going to boom soon. Moreover, once the first phase of metro is complete things shall move much faster !! Secondly it's just a straight road away from hope farm junction!!
