As a recent buyer of this property i am very happy with this project because it is situated in a place which far away from the noise and hassle of the city. Noida Extension locality is developing right now but its quite peaceful and it is surrounded by good residential gated communities. IT hubs and MNCs, tourist attractions, hospitals, educational institutions, schools etc are nearby. Amenities like 24hr security services, rainwater harvesting system,club house,jogging tracks etc are available. The disadvantage of this property is that the apartments are not well ventilated and is quite dusty with construction going on in areas nearby. Rates are pocket friendly and offers good investment opportunities in future.
