Samudhra group has a brand name in the present market they are into this sector for over 20 years and completed many projects.Samudhra acropolis is located in prime location in nanakramguda from where financial district, ORR,kondapur is very near and it is very close proximity to IT firms like Accenture,Deloitte,Wipro,Microsoft and many more.The project has world class technology with aluminium framework and amenities they provide is also fine.The only drawback is it is constructed in a very less area which can lead to future problems in ventilation.The prices they offer is also fine.
As a customer of this property i will give a brief of some ppsitive and negative points of this project. Yes it is true that it is the tallest building in that locality and used a alluminium formwork technology. It has lot of top class premium amenities and it has a lot of required nearby infrastructures like hospitals,malls,dominoes pizza,many restaurants,financial district which is a growing IT hub and other MNCs which makes the locality more developed and posche.Its also near to indian school of business. In amenities it includes security services and intercom facilities,LPG connection,full water treatment equipments which provides fully treated water l,children play area etc Coming to the negatives points then i was not happy with the size of the area on which it was developed as its on 4-4.5 acres beacuse in future it may lead to conjestion. There is a lot of construction going nearby so there is also dust pollution over there and there are no schools nearby. Hence in this budget it is a great peoject or property to live in.
This project being the best in my desired location attracted my attention towards it. They offered good amenities in affordable price. Being close to the IT hub it reduced my travel expenses to work, the only problem I face is noise and dust pollution because of the ongoing construction work nearby. Sumadhura group with a very well known and established name in the real estate sector always provided more than what they promise within the deadlines which way also a major reason that I invested in this project.
In my opinion it is among the extrusive residential and commercial developers in .banglore. It offered good amenities in affordable price. Being close to the IT hub, it is appropriate to live in. In amenities it includes security services and intercom facilities,LPG connection,full water treatment equipment which provides fully treated water l,children play area etc. So, overall its a wonderful project to live in.
The location of the entire establishment is simply amazing. Gachobowli being one of the premier areas this place is a big yes for the money it is offered for.
