  • builder Sumadhura has been since more than 20 years and it has been doing justice to its reputation. I purchased 3 BHK flat couple of months back and I'm a happy customer so far. My mom loves the fact that community has got all the basic facilities including the shopping plaza. Price of the flats over here is reasonable. Locality of the community could have been better but all the facilities available make up for it.

  • Samudhra group has a brand in the market and well experienced in building world class infrastructures within the given time.Samudhra soham is located beside GR tech park, Distance from main road is very less, apartments facing road side will be very noicy .. Very less open space area considering number of total flats. Builder tried to use each and every sq ft of property.. good for builder.. not very cool for residents. Yes location is the best reason to invest and speed of work is awesome...

  • I bought this property as an investment purpose. Sumadhura group has a very good image in market. So I have no worries with its resale value. I got all the luxurious amenities in my budget range. It is gated community with 295 units & it is under 24 hrs surveillance. So I also got very good security. Shopping plaza, ATM, petrol pump, food court, etc. are also located in nearby areas. The connectivity with other part of city is also good. Entire area is growing rapidly. I am satisfied with buying this property.

  • I've been thoroughly impressed with this gated community and I've been a quite satisfied customer. From swimming pool to temple, it has got everything that one might be looking for. It's little far from main city, that's the only drawback that I can think of.
