If you want to stuck your money with Supertech (Super cheater) any project as all project delaying in possession approx. 7 -8 years . Their sales rep. are making drama during negotiation and trying to trap and after finaliazing they are saying will take approval and give some addtinal discount you will be benefitted and asking for some mony from that discount and their all sales team is involved in this really shame full. Supertech management also seek and take the necessary action otherwise these people are taking supertech to in big loss. Quality is very poor in all projects .
Really I also face the same issue and request to transfer in other project as this project is delayed as per their official approx. more 3-4 years as in rera builder given date 2022 and given possession date to buyers 2018 DEC and construction stopped completely from last 2 years nothing happening. Their official asking the money (Bribe in cash like 25000 INR) for unit upgrade or transfer Hope everybody understand their all sales team is fully corrupt hence company is struggling.
Supertech is super fraud. Never ever buy/book any property. They don't have any money to fulfill there promises as per the contract, however, still selling units. They are fake, fraud and not fulfilling any agreements.
