  • The botanika apartment is new Apartment. Rent goes according to income. Management is alright. The bus line is great, for you can get to the stores. On at average the apartment is a good place to live. This building is a older brick apartment the rental prices are fair and the location is close to the many important area everything within walking distance. the inside of the apartments are amazing hard wood floors just beautiful I would recommend this apartment to my friends and family I am going to apply for a apartment myself

  • Great location, Great price, Great living ! The residence at the botanika is an ideal apartment for anyone on working on the kokapet location, and is close enough to make a 20 minute commute to market and malls. For the cost of rent, the apartments are enormous and extremely nice. All of our appliances are new, and the natural light from the skylights and patio doors adds a nice touch to the day. The community is very laid back but professional and is quite involved in keeping the complex clean, safe, and functional. I'm a big fan of the pool, which stays open during the warm months of the year. Would recommend to any young professionals, or even beginning families!

  • Started Out a Complete Hot Mess, Ended Much Better I was one of the first persons to move into the place in 2015. From my first contact attempt to schedule a visit until about 2 year ago, I never knew who I would talk to and what service I would receive. The property went thru 3 property managers alone in the first few months! Stability has gotten better though with the position as the current manager has been on-staff for about a year. However across the board, the company gives the "I don't care" attitude about any issue unless you threaten to not pay rent. Unfortunately the manager isn't always in-office, and if you email a request he won't always confirm receipt of the email until after the request has been complete. I'm thankful he knows who I am and if an issue arises, he knows to get it taken care of. Positives: *location, location location! ~ *neighbors are friendly *water is paid for with rent Negatives: the smoking rules are not enforced - people smoke less than the 8ft rule, and I smelled it in my apt [above one of the areas]. the neighbors around me claimed to not smoke too, but I could smell it easily in my vents sometimes. * I could hear many things from the guy above me *my apt was not complete when I moved in which required a few annoying maintenance appts after moving in [disposer & fridge weren't connected to water, paint splattered on faux wooden floors that I couldn't ever clean off, half-assed painted walls].

  • I absolutely love living in this house right in the heart of hyderabad. The community is great and the location is ideal. I am in walking distance from all the fun night spots in kokapet but just far enough away that I am never disturbed late at night. Couldn't imagine moving.
