  • Vizipa Optima is wonderful located project at Sarjapur road Bangalore. This project is well connected to many good schools, hospitals and many important places. The living conditions are very good and a reasonable price it provides amenities like 24/7 security, swimming pool, landscape, walkways, facilities of indoor outdoor games etc. The locational advantage is also the highlight of this project. I will suggest buying flats in Vizipa Optima.

  • I visited Vizipa Optima, found that no doubt my investment is right and sensible. Very good from many points of views. I ended up buying in a great part of Sarjapur and was able to stay within my initial budget. The community is Minutes away from the IT Companies and that is really advantageous for me and my wife. The whole property is designed beautifully and with a creative mind. Still the construction is on. I appreciate regrob that I have the opportunity to live in such a lovely locality. If I had to do it again, I’m honestly not sure that I would, given how stressful it was, but I was glad to have karthik helping me through the year-long process.

  • I am happy that I got such a good locale house. Location, infrastructure, locality, facilities that Vizipa Optima offers are really nice. As first time home buyers we had a million questions and he was there every step of the way. The process of buying a home can be stressful but Karthik from regrob did the best job helping to alleviate the stress. When underwriting took a little longer than planned Karthik took care of it and helped speed it along. We will definitely use Karthik the next time we buy a house. He is very helpful and quick. The entire process of house buying and financing was fun and effortless. Between Karthik, my real estate agent, these two together could not be a better combination.

  • Vizipa Optima Project is well located at Sarjapur road Bangalore. This area is pollution free. Amenities provided by this project are modern and basic. The Project has 5 Basic amenities, 3 Health and Sports amenities, 2 Leisure amenities, 1 Security amenities, 1 Kids amenity, 1 Convenience amenities, and 1 Environment-friendly amenities. Environment is friendly here. Our apartment layout also has the bedroom with en-suite bathroom as well which is also decently sized. The apartment also sports large windows for the balcony, making it very light and airy, which is a huge plus.

  • Me and my friend went for a site visit of Vizipa Optima last weekend. The society is in an excellent location, with easy access to highways and some of the best in shopping and dining in the area nearby. This Prime Galaxy project will also have community halls, club house and swimming pools. The sales professional was great. He was helpful and quite eager to help me.
